Having had a few breaks, I'm back again for the umpteenth time. Hopefully I've learnt enough by now not too overtrain after another itb flareup recently. At the moment I'm slowly again building up the km's with a few runs to work and back again in the evening a good way to knock off 14km.
Next on the cards is the Challenge Fun Run on 25th May... just one day after my b'day. But more importantly, this was my first ever race a year ago, so it will be interesting to see how things are going.
